1.1. Foul And Violation In Handball

Hand ball common violations include:

1. Traveling: taking too many steps without dribbling

2. Double dribble: Dribbling with both hands consecutively

3. Stepping into the goal area with the ball (for outfield players)

4. Offensive fouls: Pushing, holding or charging into an opponent

5. Passive play: failing to make progress towards the opponents goal

6. Foot fault: Stepping on or over the sideline or goal area line

7. Three- second rule: Spending more than three seconds in the opponent’s goal area (for outfield players.

8. Goal keeper violation: Stepping out of the goal area with the ball, holding the ball for more than three seconds
